Interplant ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Interplant mobile application. This policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Personal Data: Email address, first and last name, and professional affiliation.
Trial & Agricultural Data: Growth logs, variety codes, measurement data (SL, VL, PRD), and field observations.
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and crash logs for diagnostic purposes.
Media: Photos captured via camera or uploaded from your gallery for trial documentation.

Interplant uses the collected data for various purposes:

To provide and maintain the Service.

To monitor the usage of the Service and detect technical issues.

            Note on Photos: Photos uploaded to Interplant are stored securely and are only used for your specific trial documentation and reporting. We do not use your photos for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf:

Google Firebase: Used for authentication, cloud database storage, and crash reporting.
Analytics: We may use Google Analytics for Firebase to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

4. Data Retention and Deletion (User Rights)

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to:

Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure: Request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can perform this via the "Delete Account" option in the App Settings or by contacting us.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
